Mission Statement of Joe DiLullo

I always strive to create a life long relationship where dedication to family, client and friend has no boundaries.

Background Summary of Joe Di Lullo

Joe entered the real estate industry in Southern California in 1978 beginning as a property acquisition specialist and financial consultant for developers.

He became licensed with the California D R E in 1980 and entered into the commercial and industrial brokerage business in Los Angeles.

He continued his education with real estate and business management studies at UCLA and Glendale College. He also completed the required courses to obtain his GRI designation (Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute) from the National Association of Realtors®.

Joe relocated permanently to the Temecula Valley area in 1987 and invested in land for his own account and continued to represent developers and investors in buying land and sub-dividing for resale to builders.

In January of 2001 Joe joined Prudential California Realty in the Temecula office where he and his team could represent the interests of buyers and sellers of homes, land, winery estates, vineyards, commercial and investment properties. He has consistently ranked in the top 10% of all agents nationwide in the Prudential network winning numerous awards.

Joe and his team "Team Temecula" have listed and sold distressed properties and have extensive expertise in handling "Short Sales" in a timely and effecient manner.

Joe has previously served as a Director of the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors® and as a Director for the California Association of Realtors®.

He is currently an Advisory Board Member with Commerce Bank of Temecula Valley and does part-time marketing and public relations consulting for boutique wineries in the Temecula Valley, Southern California Wine Country.
